Our Mission
We're all about making snowmobiling safe, fun, and something everyone can enjoy. From keeping our trails in great shape to supporting the local community, we’re here to share our love for the sport. Whether you're a seasoned rider or just starting out, you'll find a friendly, welcoming place with us.
About Ellery Sno-Cruisers
Ellery Sno-Cruisers is based in Bemus Point, NY, nestled on the shores of beautiful Chautauqua Lake. Our club was founded in 1994 by a group of passionate snowmobilers from the Town of Ellery—hence our name. Their goal was to help grow the trail system throughout the county, and that mission still drives us today.
We maintain 75 miles of well-groomed trails that connect to over 500 miles across Chautauqua County. Thanks to our location in the snow belt region of Western New York, we’re lucky to benefit from lake-effect snow. Our trails ride along the scenic Chautauqua Ridge, which helps produce some of the highest snowfall in the area—making it a snowmobiler’s dream!
To keep our trails in top shape, we proudly operate three Prinoth PistenBully groomers and a Can-Am Defender Max—all stored in our club-owned facility. We’re proud of our equipment, our trails, and our dedicated volunteers who make it all possible. Whether you're a local rider or visiting for the weekend, we welcome you to come cruise with us!
Club Meetings
Our club meets once a month from October through April, rotating between the local restaurants that sponsor our trails. These meetings are a great way to stay updated on club news, trail conditions, and upcoming events, while also supporting the businesses that help make our trail system possible. It’s a fun and relaxed way to connect with fellow members, share ideas, and enjoy the snowmobiling community together. Everyone is welcome—whether you're a longtime member or just curious about joining!
